About the position: Blissfulstills seeks a video editor to join their Team in highlighting the magical moments that are so important to a successful wedding experience. We are a small business that values, above all, our clients and their vision for their special day. Our photo and video editors strive to create the perfect memories for our clients through enhancement of the photographs and video taken on their special day.

This is a freelance/contract position on an as-needed basis. Prior to each project, there will be extensive communication between you and the Blissfulstills leadership team to ensure that your understanding of the film deliverables are in line with the client’s’ wishes and with the policies of Blissfulstills. 

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Thoroughly understanding our clients' desires when it comes to the aesthetics, coloring, and lighting of their wedding and engagement videos

• Working closely with our other editors to ensure a consistent look and feel

• Collaborating with the event videographers to understand their intentions when shooting

• Flexibility and openness with using editing software

Requirements for candidates of this position:

• 2+ years of experience using Final Cut Pro (familiarity with additional video editing software is a plus)

• Experience in working with diverse populations

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a given timeline

Compensation for this position is $60/hour on an as-needed basis. Note that this is a remote position.
